![]() | I have been playing piano and singing since I was old enough to reach the keys. I grew up in a very musical home; my grandmother is a professional organist and my mother played in a gospel band, The Glorybound Singers, throughout my childhood. Musical theatre was my pastime of choice in school, playing roles as diverse as Annie, The Witch in Into the Woods and originating the role of Vita Sackville West in Aphra, Where Have You Behn? After graduating from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland with a B.A. in Art History, I moved to West Virginia and began seriously songwriting. My influences include Tori Amos, George Winston, The Beatles, Carole King, Elton John, Fleetwood Mac and Ben Folds. I currently reside in Ellicott City, Maryland. |
| I created Seasonings completely independently, on my own label "Herbal Remedy Records". The name is a reflection of my love for antiques and old-fashioned things. If it weren't for music, I'd be a museum archivist. I also enjoy working with youth theatre productions as an accompianist and vocal coach. Most recently I've been seen as Feste in The Mobtown Players' production of Twelfth Night, for which I also composed original swing style music! I've done voice-over work for TLC and I've worked as a photographer, picture framer, and teacher. | ![]() |
